DAY 1 ARRIVAL IN COLOMBO - TRANSFER TO KANDY

Arrive at Colombo Airport.
Drive to Kandy (approx. 3.5–4 hours).
Stop at Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage.
Overnight in Kandy.

DAY 2 KANDY SIGHTSEEING

Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic.
Visit Kandy Lake and Bahirawakanda Buddha Statue.
Royal Botanical Gardens.
Local markets, handicrafts and Gem Museum

Overnight in Kandy.

DAY 3 KANDY TO NUWARA ELIYA - TEA COUNTRY EXPERIENCE

Scenic vehicle ride to Nuwara Eliya (approx. 2.5–3 hours).

Hotel Stay & Room Details

Room allotment is subject to availability at the time of check-in; preferences for floor or view cannot be guaranteed.
Standard check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
Early check-in / late check-out is subject to hotel availability.
Room type allocation (Twin / Double) is at the hotel’s discretion.
Single occupancy charges apply if no roommate is available.

Food & Dining

Some destinations may have limited Indian dining options.
Restaurants have been selected carefully for food quality, but menus may be fixed and limited.
Guests are requested to keep expectations realistic.

Visa assistance

TripToniq assists with group visas.
If the visa is delayed or not granted, TripToniq is not responsible for losses or expenses such as:
- Visa fees
- Air ticket cancellations
- Insurance costs
Only the balance payment will be refunded in such cases.

Travel Insurance:

Coverage up to $ 10,000 for travelers up to 69 years.
Travelers above 70 years will incur extra charges depending on age.
Aadhar and PAN must be linked to avail insurance benefits.
Insurance does not cover pre-existing medical conditions (optional extra cover available).

Baggage & Responsibility:

Travelers are responsible for personal baggage and belongings.
The company is not liable for loss or damage due to:
- Airlines or transportation
- Weather conditions
- Unforeseen events
- Lost baggage or theft

TCS Declaration:

Required as per RBI guidelines for foreign exchange on tour packages. Aadhar and PAN must be linked to claim TCS refunds.

Booking & Cancellation:

No changes permitted once the tour starts.
Booking is independent of visa processing; cancellations for personal reasons (including visa refusal) are chargeable as per policy.
No refunds for unused services (meals, sightseeing, etc.).
Final itinerary will be provided after confirmation.
Bank card payments are subject to additional charges as per the bank’s policy.

Cancellation

- 61+ days: 10% of total package cost
- 31–60 days: 25% of total package cost
- 15–30 days: 50% of total package cost
- 0–14 days: 75% of total package cost
No-Show / Day of Departure: 100% of total package cost
Non-Refundable Components: Visa fees, airline tickets, and advance hotel deposits may be entirely non-refundable regardless of the above slabs.
Chargeback Waiver: Traveller agrees not to initiate any credit card or payment gateway chargeback. All disputes must go through arbitration (Section 10).
Refund Processing: Approved refunds processed within 21 working days via the original payment method.
