DOMESTIC :-
Hotel Stay & Room Details:
- Room allotment is subject to availability at the time of check-in; preferences for floor or view cannot be guaranteed.
- Standard check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
- Early check-in / late check-out is subject to hotel availability.
- Room type allocation (Twin / Double) is at the hotel’s discretion.
- Single occupancy charges apply if no roommate is available.
Food & Dining :
- Some destinations may have limited Indian dining options.
- Restaurants have been Selected carefully for food quality, but menus may be fixed and limited.
- Guests are requested to keep expectations realistic.
Booking & Cancellation :
- No changes permitted once the tour starts.
- Booking is independent of visa processing; cancellations for personal reasons (including visa refusal) are chargeable as per policy.
- No refunds for unused services (meals, sightseeing, etc.).
- Final itinerary will be provided after confirmation.
- Bank card payments are subject to additional charges as per the bank’s policy.
Baggage & Responsibility:
- Travelers are responsible for personal baggage and belongings.
- The company is not liable for loss or damage due to:
- Airlines or transportation
- Weather conditions
- Unforeseen events
- Lost baggage or theft
TCS Declaration:
- Required as per RBI guidelines for foreign exchange on tour packages. Aadhar and PAN must be linked to claim TCS refunds.

- TripToniq assists with group visas.
- If the visa is delayed or not granted, TripToniq is not responsible for losses or expenses such as:
- Visa fees
- Air ticket cancellations
- Insurance costs
- Only the balance payment will be refunded in such cases.

- Coverage up to $ 10,000 for travelers up to 69 years.
- Travelers above 70 years will incur extra charges depending on age.

- Insurance does not cover pre-existing medical conditions (optional extra cover available).
