Itinerary

Day 1 — Arrival – Ayodhya

Arrival at Ayodhya Airport/Railway Station, meet & greet and transfer to the hotel, check-in and lunch, visit Nageshwarnath Temple, Sita Ki Rasoi, Ram Ki Paidi, witness the evening Saryu Aarti and visit Guptar Ghat, followed by an overnight stay in Ayodhya.

Day 2 — Ayodhya Local Sightseeing

Breakfast at the hotel, visit Shree Ram Janmabhoomi, Hanuman Garhi Temple, Lata Mangeshkar Chowk, Kanak Bhawan and Dashrath Mahal, followed by an overnight stay in Ayodhya.

Day 3 — Ayodhya – Prayagraj

Breakfast at the hotel, check out and drive to Prayagraj, visit Triveni Sangam, Akbar Fort (Akshayavat), Bade Hanuman Mandir and Alopi Sankari Devi Shakti Peeth, followed by an overnight stay in Prayagraj.

Day 4 — Prayagraj – Varanasi

Breakfast at the hotel, check out and drive to Varanasi, visit BHU, New Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Durga Temple, Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple and Tulsi Smarak Bhawan, witness the evening Ganga Aarti at Assi Ghat, followed by an overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 5 — Varanasi Local Sightseeing

Early morning visit to Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Kal Bhairav Temple, Vishalakshi Temple and Annapurna Temple, return to the hotel for breakfast, witness the evening Ganga Aarti at Namo Ghat, followed by an overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 6 — Varanasi Departure

Breakfast at the hotel, check out, visit Sarnath, transfer to the Airport/Railway Station, and depart with divine memories of your spiritual journey.

Room allotment is subject to availability at the time of check-in; preferences for floor or view cannot be guaranteed.
Standard check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
Early check-in / late check-out is subject to hotel availability.
Room type allocation (Twin / Double) is at the hotel’s discretion.
Single occupancy charges apply if no roommate is available.

Food & Dining :
Some destinations may have limited Indian dining options.
Restaurants have been Selected carefully for food quality, but menus may be fixed and limited.
Guests are requested to keep expectations realistic.
Booking & Cancellation :
No changes permitted once the tour starts.
Booking is independent of visa processing; cancellations for personal reasons (including visa refusal) are chargeable as per policy.
No refunds for unused services (meals, sightseeing, etc.).
Final itinerary will be provided after confirmation.
Bank card payments are subject to additional charges as per the bank’s policy.

Baggage & Responsibility:
Travelers are responsible for personal baggage and belongings.

Weather conditions
Unforeseen events
Lost baggage or theft

Payment Policy
Booking amount - 50% of the total amount
Balance - 45 days before the departure
Cancellation Policy
61+ days: 10% of total package cost
31–60 days: 25% of total package cost
15–30 days: 50% of total package cost
0–14 days: 75% of total package cost
No-Show / Day of Departure: 100% of total package cost
Non-Refundable Components: Visa fees, airline tickets, and advance hotel deposits may be entirely non-refundable regardless of the above slabs.
Chargeback Waiver: Traveller agrees not to initiate any credit card or payment gateway chargeback. All disputes must go through arbitration (Section 10).
Refund Processing: Approved refunds processed within 21 working days via the original payment method.
